NMA's Participation in an interaction Program – March 6, 2015
Department of tourism organized an interaction program regarding Mountaineering Tourism on 6th March 2015 at Nepal Tourism Board Hall (NTB). Director of Department of Tourism, Mr Pushpa Raj Katuwal and representatives of different associations viz; Nepal Mountaineering Association(NMA), Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Himalayan Rescue Association(HRA),Mountaineering Operators Association and Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee(SPCC) presented their presentation related to mountaineering and its present situation.
NMA's Participation in a workshop organized by NAST – March 9, 2015
Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) in collaboration with IRD – France organized a workshop on "Glacier Monitoring and Water Balance in Everest Region" on 9th March 2015. NMA's President- Mr. Ang Tshering Sherpa; CEO- Mr. Jinesh Sindurakar and Secretariat Officer- Ms. Sama Shrestha actively participated in the workshop.
Certificate distribution program of 2nd IFCS Route Setting Course – March 10, 2015
Certificate distribution program for the participants of 2nd IFSC NMA Route Setting Coutrse was organized on 10 March at NMA secretariat. 13 participants were involved in the training, which was conducted from 4th to 10th March 2015. International Route Setter Mr Simon Morgan was the chief instructor for the course.

NMA's Participation in IFSC 2015 Plenary Assembly
NMA's II Vice President; Convener of Sports Climbing Committee, Mr Deebas Bickram Shah participated in 10th IFSC Plenary Assembly,2015 organized Baden(Zurich), Switzerland on March 11, 2015.
Certificate Distribution Program - 17 March
NMA organized certificate distribution program to all the participants & instructors of 24th Advance Mountaineering Course on 17 March at NMA secretariat. The training was conducted in Kathmandu and Langtang Director General of department of Tourism, Mr Tulasi Prasad Gautam was the chief guest and presidents of different associations were the guest of the program.
NMA president participating on International Mountaineering Congress - CIMA 2015
NMA President, Mr. Ang Tshering Sherpa departed on 24th March 2015 to Zaragoza, Spain to participate in International Mountaineering Congress - CIMA 2015 and UIAA Management Committee Meeting, which will be held from 26-28 March 2015. NMA's Tresurer; Mr. Tikaram Gurung, board members; Mr. Hari Prasad Shrestha and Pasang Tenzing Sherpa and other NMA family members see him off at NMA secretariat. Mr. Sherpa is the key note speaker for International Mountaineering Congress.
